Managing Co-Opetition and Strategic Alliances Introduction: The pace of economic reforms and liberalization of Indian economy is increasing the competitive pressures on Indian corporates exponentially. The dynamics of change is one the order that the past strategies of facing the competitive challenges on the strength of physical and technological resources possessed by a company alone is proving to be inadequate.
