Objectives: The programme aims to broaden the understanding of participants about tools and techniques to better comprehend their marketing programmes and customers. Various research techniques including Logit/ Probit models will be discussed as tools to uncover strategic gaps. This programme aims to understand:

  • Life Time Customer Value and its implications;
  • Customer Satisfaction Index and how to improve customer loyalty;

Specifically, the programme includes formulation of a knowledge management strategy with a focus on knowledge management architecture (domain mapping systems and technology, and people-related issues); Designing knowledge management programmes; and Implementing knowledge management in organizations.
