Druva will use the funds for enhancing its flagship product inSync, expand in global markets and diversify its product portfolio.

The company started in 2008 by Jaspreet Singh, Milind Borate and Ramani Kothandaraman provides backup solutions to mid to large size firms. The company’s flagship product inSync protects and governs data across a variety of endpoint devices, delivering visibility and the user company will experience huge productivity gains for IT while providing flexible data access and an intuitive experience. The suite integrates automated endpoint backup, IT-managed file sharing, encryption and other data loss prevention capabilities, and a centralised audit trail of all data content and movement for governance, compliance, eDiscovery and forensics.

The firm has over 3,000 customers across 76 countries providing protection to over 2.8 million devices. Its customers include Dell, Hitachi, Kronos, Pfizer, Reckitt Benckiser, RHI and Shire, among others.
