Academic Background

Nitin has completed his Bachelor of Engineering (Industrial Engg. & Management) from SBS College of Engg. & Technology, Ferozepur, Punjab, in 2003. At present he is doing Post Graduate Program in Management from Great Lakes Institute of Management with the specializing in Operations, Marketing. He is the head of different strokes committee.

Professional Experience

For a period of two years Nitin worked as software engineer at Patni Computer Systems, Mumbai where he performed multiple job functions that included analysis, designing, programming, and testing primarily in Mainframe technology. He worked on development and maintenance projects; gathering client requirements; ensuring quality and timeliness of the projects. He also trained new team members on functional nuances of the project in GE consumer finance (Credit card services)and worked extensively on various Mainframe technologies (COBOL, JCL, IDMS, Easytrieve etc).

He worked as Marketing Executive (Aug 2003- Feb 2004) at India Infoline.com, Mumbai, India and successfully did marketing of online trading software to customers in India. He worked with a team of 8 people and was responsible for the sales in areas of Mumbai, provided consultancy to the customers in solving various problems while dealing in shares and demonstrated sound interpersonal skills by coordinating with more than 200 customers.

Achievements and Awards

Merit list holder in 1996 and won scholarship in National Talent Exam. Won various Fashion Show competitions (Selected as Mr. Ferozepur in one of the competitions) and won various Table Tennis championships in Bachelors degree. Also worked for an NGO "LIFE" - An NGO working for the upliftment of underprivileged kids.
