Deliver people solutions to business problems as part of a major business transformation, or specialised pieces of work such as implementing a new performance management framework.

Data gathering, process analysis and improvement, ownership and support of team deliverables, basic project and stream management.

Working with our technology services division to implement a new HR system such as SAP or Oracle; identifying requirements, developing the end-to-end business processes, preparing the business for the change, training, etc.

Develop both thought leadership points-of-view and new service offerings to differentiate the company in the marketplace.

An MBA from a premier institute with 3-8 years of experience.

Proven experience of working in an HR-related environment gained from a line or consulting role from a major blue-chip organisation or consultancy - Essential.

Experience in one of the following areas is Essential - HR Business Partnering, Shared Services; HR Operating Model; Talent Management; L&D, Organisation Development; Business Process Re-engineering, HR System Implementation, Performance Management.

Strong interpersonal skills with high levels of enthusiasm and a good team player - Essential.

Drive and commitment to own and deliver outstanding work - Essential.

Experience of running a work-stream or a small project.

Ability to build strong relationships with both clients and colleagues.

Knowledge of how businesses work financially / commercially.
