Job Description:

Responsibilities: -
1. Assist in the process of development of the competency framework -

  • Evaluate vendors by doing a comparative study and provide recommendations to build the competency framework.

  • Liase and coordinate with the vendor to ensure smooth internal facilitation of the services they provide.
    2. Analyse job descriptions and understand various jobs in order to map the competencies for the role.
    3. Capture data pertaining to the entire assessment cycle anad analysis of the same to provide insights into the resulting trends.
    4. Assist in the various steps of structuring of assessment processes for career progression and development -

  • Assist in identifying tools required for the roles in consideration through in-depth research and analyse its validity or reliability.

  • Provide inputs in building in-house assessment tools.

  • Coordinate and assist in the process of training internal resources to build an internal assessor pool.

  • Collate the training content and assist in creating the training module and coordinate and facilitate the training.
    5. Contribute in designing feedback processes for the personal development plan for the assessment centre participants -

  • Interact with Zonal HR to coordinate and deliver feedback sessions for participants.

  • Compile and analyse the feedback received to prepare a report on the findings.

    Candidate Profile:
  • Graduate + MBA / PGDBA (HR) or Masters in Psychology (Specialisation in Industrial Psychology).

  • Minimum 2-4 years.of work experience.

  • Should have experience in an OD specialist role (desirable), else experience in a role with related dimensions for 1-2 years coupled with other generalist HR functions.

  • Should be familiar to the concept of Competency-based Assessment and Diagnostics / Psychometric Tools for studying behavioural challenges.

  • Should have exposure in job analyses and familiarity in competency mapping.

  • Should have exposure to Assessment Center / Development Center / Organizational Behaviour / Development using diagnostics / psychometrics.

  • Should have facilitated intervention workshops and solutions.

  • Excellent Interpersonal & Communication Skills - written & verbal.

  • Analytical Ability.

  • Ability to take initiatives.

  • Conceptual thinking.

  • Preferred previous employment in Financial Services / IT / Consulting Firms.
