Responsibilities: -

  • Develop, support and implement Change and release management practices to manage all IT changes in IT infrastructure.

  • To define and maintain Change and release management processes aligned to ITIL best practices.

  • Train onsite delivery team on the defined processes.

  • Develop and implement quality plan for change and release processes.

  • Ensure adherence to the implemented change and release processes.

  • Ensure process maturity is above 4.5 in ITIL self-assessment and 4 in PMMS (Process Maturity Measurement System).

  • Review quality plan and Change and release performance metrics and plan for continual improvement.

  • Conduct regular, planned review and audit for ensuring adherence of defined processes.

  • Reports are published on identified gaps with corrective and preventive actions.

  • Evaluate best practices for adoption.

  • Drive performance improvement programs through six sigma tools.

  • Ensure compliance customer security policies.

  • Ensure customer review on all quality parameters.
