He should have a thorough knowledge of the city and surroundings.

He should have sound knowledge on the upcoming projects declared by the Government / private bodies in and around the city.

He should have sound knowledge about the upcoming infrastructure facilities being provided by the Government in and around the city.

He should be able to understand the local feasibility, able to conduct survey to know the prevailing market prices, and should be able to get information on the transactions happened in the recent past to judge on the pricing.

He should know the prevailing Rules & Regulations of the statutory authorities which are providing necessary approvals.
