Will need to understand training requirements for BAS.

Identify training vendors and organize training events.

Contribute towards designing and development of course material.

Preferably a Post Graduate in HR.

Atleast 3 years of work experience, specifically in Training / Learning & Development.

Should have worked in a training team before.

Ideally someone with experience in the financial services or FMCG.

Good organizing / logistics skills is a mandate, because 50% of the job will require organizing programs, liasoning with Hotels, etc.

Good communication skills and should be able to interact with partners to understand training requirements.
