You will start your career with Capgemini on a 12 month secondment to the UK practice (subject to VISA approval), providing you with an excellent learning opportunity and an accelerated career growth path. At the end of the secondment you will return to India to become an integral part of the newly formed India Consulting operation; Capgemini has refocused the development of its Consulting operations in India as a strategic priority, building upon its market leading technology and outsourcing operations that already exist in the region. Responsibilities: -
To understand / scope out the client challenges and suggest potential solutions to both sell and deliver strategic consulting work.
To develop / maintain peer relationships at management levels, providing the client with confidence in your ability to deliver.
Generate key ideas and conceptual frameworks to help the team to solve problems and drive out insightful fact-based findings and recommendations - either on a client project, as part of a sales bid or thought leadership.
To work collaboratively as part of a joint client-consultant team and obtain great results through others, developing team capabilities through formal and informal feedback.
To design / deliver project streams to address complex business issues including successful management of project teams (2+).
Intellectually strong with a high degree of commercial acumen.

Mumbai (with secondment to UK)
High calibre individual with relevant work experience of which some is as an internal consultant or as a management consultant. Big 5 or equivalent management consulting experience is desirable.
Educated to Degree level or equivalent; post-graduate qualification (e.g., MBA / CIM qualifications) is advantageous.
Strategic thinker with proven ability to work within at least 3 of the following areas: -
o Customer experience transformation.
o Multi-channel strategy and self service experience with.
o Customer proposition development (including new product / market development and pricing).
o Customer analytics (including segmentation, data strategy and web analytics).
o Campaign management (inbound and outbound, online, offline and integrated).
o Digital Marketing and working with Marketing Agencies.
o Contact Centre Optimisation including technology, telephony, off-shoring, agent performance and process.
o Contact Centre operational experience, e.g., managed 50+ FTE.
o Change management and business transformation (including process re-engineering & operating model) of CRM systems: -
* Working with System Integrators to implement a new CRM system such as SAP or Oracle.
* Working with the client across multiple functions and related teams to identify and capture requirements.
* Data gathering, process analysis and improvement to roll-out the end to end business processes.
* Understanding the user training requirements, developing user training materials, creating the training roll-out plans, co-ordinating the training across the business, delivering the user training.
* Designing the new business operating model and performing the business change impact analysis assessments.
Outstanding presentation and interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate complex problems or solutions in a way in which they are quickly understood.
Excellent communication skills - fluency in both written and spoken English essential.
Prior experience in a consultancy role; a proven track record of successful sales; experience of people management and management of large work-streams and projects.
