The Transformation & Strategy Practice at Capgemini has deep capability in ensuring the success and sustainability of complex, enterprise-wide transformation programmes. The work conducted in the practice spans the full spectrum of activities involved in creating implementable strategy for our clients: Articulating the strategic vision and customer and market propositions; Analysis and design of clients' operating model, organisation and culture; Planning the transformation programme; Coaching / preparing the organisation leadership to direct the transformation programme; Implementing the programme and ensuring the sustainability of the transformation.
You will start your career with Capgemini on a 12 month secondment to the UK practice (subject to VISA approval). At the end of the secondment, you will return to India to become an integral part of the newly-formed India Consulting operation; Capgemini has refocused the development of its Consulting operations in India as a strategic priority, building upon its market leading technology and outsourcing operations that already exist in the region. Mumbai (with secondment to UK)
A good degree level education is preferable. A post graduate (e.g., MBA) qualification is desirable.
Internal consulting (Industry) or external consulting (Consultancy Company) experience essential.
A track record of strong project delivery essential.
A strong teamwork ethic with an ability to work collaboratively.
Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, both oral and written. Intellectually capable of developing and holding peer-level relationships at all levels of the client's company.
Highly capable critical thinking, interpretative and analytical skills. A focus on results and a flexible, 'can-do' approach.

Excellent communication skills - fluency in both written and spoken English essential.
At Senior Manager level, in-depth knowledge of 2 or more sectors essential. You will be required to generate thought leadership perspectives for the benefit of clients / colleagues alike and demonstrate successful Business Development Capability.
Specific for Strategy: Will undertake inter alia work on "Analysis & Design" projects, which use a proven process to prepare an organisation for a large transformation programme typically over an 8-10 week period - covering the whole enterprise or particular processes / functions. Other strategy projects may last from 2-6 months, and cover all elements of strategic analysis, from creating the corporate vision to determining how to achieve competitive advantage for our clients.
Specific for Transformation: Candidates must have subject matter expertise in one or more of the following transformation and change tools and techniques: -
a) Transformation Design - Enterprise Operating Model, Enterprise Process Design, Organisational Design, Transformation Plan and Governance.
b) Transformation Delivery - Culture Change, Performance Management, Business Change.
