Act as convener and co-coordinator of the Asset Liability Management Committee.

Work closely with the CEOs of various verticals and with Executive Team to co-ordinate all financial activities and initiatives.

Treasury Management - Should be conversant with all funding instruments and able to raise cost effective financial resources to support the business. This would mainly involve liability side management and not asset side. Needs to also manage asset liability matching and risk management concerning that. Have a relationship with market players especially debt mutual fund managers and key intermediaries to mobilise resources.

CA / MBA.

With strong background in Financial Control and Corporate Treasury experience.

Total experience of 7-13 years.

Must have a complete and thorough understanding of money markets, equities, mutual funds, taxation, capital markets, RBI Regulations, etc.
