Reports to: - Senior Vice President - Business Strategy.
Role: - He/she will be an integral part of a start-up Strategy Team within the company. An opportunity to set the strategic direction of a company that is planning to grow ten-fold in the next 5 years. The initial focus of the team would be to develop a 3-year current portfolio assessment and plan, with emphasis on a strategic framework for investment decision making that scenario plans for varying risk return appetites.
In addition, the team will assess capabilities and gaps within each department to meet the growth targets, and facilitating and driving key strategic initiatives to bridge the gaps have also been initiated. These currently include brand positioning exercise, HR Transformation and JV search for specific project skills.
Lastly, the team will provide planning and feasibility inputs for significant strategic developments in the township space.
The individual will have a high degree of empowerment and potential to grow within the organization.
The team will be structured as a consulting team handling multiple projects simultaneously, and team roles based on expertise, interest and organizational need.

Mumbai

Education: - MBA from a reputed institution (IIMs, FMS, Bajaj, XLRI, SJMSOM, SP Jain) in General Management, preferably with an emphasis on Strategy or Finance.
Experience: - 6-10 years experience in market analysis, strategy, finance or corporate planning roles post-MBA. Of that, atleast 3 years in management consulting and additional exposure to operational roles would be ideal.
