Define the product strategy and roadmap.

Gather and prioritize product requirements based on customer requirements.

Create product requirements or other documentation as necessary.

Work closely with cross-functional internal teams such as Customer Support, Marketing, Sales and QA to gather customer feedback and ensure smooth and successful launches.

Support client presentations and industry communications.

Evangelize product benefits and competitive advantages to internal users and clients.

Work with external third parties to assess partnerships and licensing opportunities.

B.Tech. / B.E. in a related technical field. MBA would be an added advantage.

5+ years of experience in Product Management or developing Internet-based products.

Familiarity with business issues, or the ability to quickly learn.

Knowledge of HR, Resource Management or Recruiting industry is a plus.

Understanding of IT Services / Outsourcing industry.

Excellent written and oral communication skills.
