Education: - BE / MBA.
Experience: - 6-8 Years.
Technical Competencies: - Prior experience of process development and implementation, ITIL foundation trained. Experience of implementing processes for at-least 2 customer accounts. Total experience 6+ years with recommended 2+ years experience in process and quality function together with other responsibilities. Should have undertaken six sigma projects and undergone six sigma / DMAIC training. Should have good communication, presentation skills.
