Job Description:

You will be leading the Organization Strategies (OS) Services Team that helps companies use organization perspectives and methods to execute business strategies, improve operations and performance, and optimize roles and responsibilities.
You will be involved in client engagements and external / internal eminence reports development, and firm internal projects focusing on the Organization Strategies offerings: Organization Assessment & Alignment, Organizational Design, Job Design, and Transition Management.
Responsibilities: -

  • Independently handle projects, interact with clients and manage delivery team

  • Lead the members of the advisory team and delegation of work

  • Contribute Industry Insight to deliverables

  • Structure and story-board the deliverables

  • Derive insights through research and develop client recommendations

  • Contribute to client communications and develop key messages

  • Review team members work for relevance and quality

  • Masters in Human Resources from a reputed school.

  • 6+ years of experience in consulting focusing on Organization Assessment & Alignment, Organizational Design, Job Design, and Transition Management.

  • Should have led and managed performance of a team of analysts.

  • Demonstrated track record of creating high quality analysis and contributing to client engagements.

  • High energy individuals with ability to deal with ambiguity.

  • Superior analytical / problem-solving and communication (both written and oral) skills.

  • Exposure to US would be a plus.

  •
