Conceptualizing, developing and implementing corporate communication campaign and policy for the organization to achieve the PR goals.

Advise the management on key critical issues, during crisis, etc.

Work with PR agency to leverage press contacts to generate media visibility amongst the target audience using Press Conferences, One-to-One Interview, Case Studies, and Editorial Coverage, Media Briefings, Press Releases, Industry Stories, People Profiling, etc.

Developing communication collaterals, like, media kits, key messages, preparing a corporate profile, press releases, articles, etc.

Capable of independently handling proactive and reactive media queries, data for surveys, awards, research reports, white papers, case studies for future reference.

Co-coordinating with senior management and Global PR.

Media Monitoring.
Events

Evaluating proposals for participation in events at a local / community level.

Maintaining and managing the Events Calendar on a weekly basis.

Plans and executes events in collaboration with vendors.
Advertising Support

Co-ordination with media agencies, creative agencies, etc., for outdoor advertising, print advertising, etc.

Evaluating proposals from agencies, media houses and event agencies.
Vendor Payments

Managing invoices, facilitating payment to external vendors and developing a weekly / monthly summary report.

Very good written and verbal communication skills.

Basic knowledge of web design technologies - HTML, Front Page - will be an added advantage.
