Analyse the efficacy of the current reward programme and propose changes.

Support in the developing of reward programmes, propose suggestions, and detail out the schemes.

Prepare the plan an the communication to roll out the reward programmes.

Recommend a proposal to increase brand awareness and promote the reward programmes.

Design and manage a system based platform for managing the disbursement of rewards and related MIS.

Track and promote the utilization of the reward programmes across zones / levels / functions.
2. Implement and support in the definition of initiatives in the area of employee engagement with an objective to increasing productivity -

Coordinate with ABG Corporate HR team and roll out the OHS survey.

Analyse the findings and prepare a report.

Facilitate implementation of the actionables through the regional / HO HR teams.

Contribute to the development and design of a) career progression for non-sales functions - business & role based; and b) cross-functional career track models.

Monitor and track the progress.

Recommend an ROI matrix of - employee engagement initiatives to retention of talent.
3. Formulate a structured communication process across the organization to in consultation with the stakeholders to ensure employees feel connected and are well informed -

Identify communication gaps and propose a communication design across all levels* across the organization.

Devise a system of evaluating the communication methods and achievement of objective of the structured communication.
