The incumbent will be responsible for the P&L of the realty group.

The incumbent should have a sharp sales and marketing orientation.

He will be responsible for drawing up business plans and budgets, execution, mobilization of human resources, drawing up plans for financial resources, preparation of a vision plan for the next five years, etc.

He will have to work closely with the Group Chairman in preparing for and achieving these goals.
