As a Senior Consultant you should have between 5 to 7 years of experience in Consulting or Business Research in a reputed organization. Some of your responsibilities will include the following:

• Conduct independent in-depth research on topics of interest
• Develop insights and strategies on topics of prime concern for Capgemini's global sector clientele
• Interact with the press community to represent Capgemini's views on major industry happenings
• Participate in international training events to impart industry knowledge to Capgemini TME (telecom and Media) consultants
• Assist global consulting project teams as a subject matter expert (SME)

You must haves the following;

• A post graduate degree in management from a premier institute or a recognized institute
• Excellent analytical skills and a strong sense for structure and logic
• Strong understanding of issues pertaining to your respective global sector as well as ability to grasp technology and demystify it for business implications
• Problem solving skills
• Ability to take responsibility of assigned tasks and work with minimum guidance
• Excellent verbal and written communication
• Expertise in developing and delivering power point (ppt) based reports
