Manage and execute the creation of new assets, including white papers / points of view, business architectures, business processes and best practices, benchmarks and metrics, and diagnostic tools.

Create and manage project plan and timeline. Manage all aspects of the project from beginning to end including workplan creation, content definition, creation, and review, and budget management. Communicate project objectives, planned deliverables, assumptions and estimated benefits. Escalate risks / issues as appropriate.

Manage, evaluate and mine internal / external sources of knowledge around the organization's key content areas, e.g., journals, market research, analysts reports, conference proceedings, etc.

Identify and manage relationships with external experts relevant to the assigned content area(s). Establish and manage Subject Matter Experts network of assigned content area (expect sourcing and accreditation, expert leveraging) to monitor innovations, thought leadership and new pockets of content on a global basis.

Plan, manage and synthesize external research (working with the clients' Research as secondary researchers) to keep abreast of relevant developments and emerging areas in the market place.

Work closely with Capability Development lead to ensure new assets are posted and listed in asset inventory. Partner with SCM Capability Development team to identify and review courses and other learning assets for training curriculum relevant to assigned content area(s). This may include internal client developed courses, external courses, self-studies and distance learning.

Provide training and client team service activities to engagement teams on assets.
