What is Campus Associate Programme?
This programme is designed to build a healthy mutually beneficial communication between CoolAvenues and various B-schools. The candidates, who are chosen as Campus Associates, coordinate with the media-committees of the concerned B-schools to keep us updated with all that's happening at their ends, sending us all the relevant details about the campus-news / press-releases / events / seminars / workshops, etc. All such contributions would be sourced to this chosen Associate. They would also create awareness about their institute on CoolAvenues' Forums.

Who can become a Campus Associate?
All B-school students who are in their first-year or second-year can apply to Campus Associate Programme.

How does one apply for Campus Associate?
You need to fill up the Registration Form for Campus Associate. Once the Editorial Team at CoolAvenues reviews the form, they will get back to you with the details on the formalities involved.

When can I expect confirmation from CoolAvenues about my candidature?
Once the Registration Form is received by CoolAvenues, the Editorial Team would review your profile and filled-up questionnaire. In the meantime, you should have made minimum 15 "quality posts" at CoolAvenues' Forums. If all meets the quality norms set by CoolAvenues, you would receive confirmation within 15-20 days.

How will I know the status of my candidature?
An e-mail confirmation would be sent to you. Your profile would be featured on CoolAvenues, the filled-up questionnaire would be featured at relevant section. At CoolAvenues' Forums too, you would be getting a special status of Campus Associate.

Can I make changes in my profile and the questionnaire if I wish after it gets online?
Yes, you can put up your request with changes clearly mentioned anytime you wish by sending an e-mail to editor@coolavenues.com.

What am I expected to do as Campus Associate?
The chosen Campus Associate is representative of his institute and a link between CoolAvenues and the concerned B-school. He is expected to send details of all events, news, happenings, etc., going on at his B-School; be actively involved at CoolAvenues' Forums by answering queries and also by creating informative and interesting threads related to MBA issues.

For what period will my candidature be valid?
After confirmation, your candidature would be valid for maximum one year. If you are a first-year student and wish to continue, you can re-apply next year.

Does the candidature gets dropped in between?
You can send an e-mail request if you wish to discontinue or if you have passed out. You can inform CoolAvenues Team, and your name would be removed from the list and your profile either offloaded or moved to Campus Associates Archives.

What if I fail to contribute in anyway and be inactive at CoolAvenues' Forums?
CoolAvenues team would review your activity every quarter, and if it is found that there is no involvement from your side, a reminder would be sent to you. If no response is received from your end still, your name would be removed from the list and your profile offloaded.

Can there be more than one Campus Associate from a B-school?
Yes. If the application is approved by the Editorial Team, more than one student from the same institute can act as Campus Associate and can send their inputs. We understand that the students from same institute will coordinate with each other so as to avoid duplication.

Are all applications for Campus Associate selected?
No. Once the registration is completed, the profile along with filled up questionnaire of applicant received, and you have also completed minimum 15 quality posts at CoolAvenues' Forums, the Editorial Team of CoolAvenues reviews everything, and only if it conforms to the norms set by CoolAvenues, the selected candidate receives an intimation and welcome mail.

Can I refer my fellow students for Campus Associate?
Yes, you can. CoolAvenues Team would contact the referred member and would send the details of registration and the formalities involved.
