Objectives: To provide opportunities for collaborative exploration into ideas for effective learning in organizations.

For: The program is aimed at current or potential leaders in training, competency development and KM functions in organizations operating in all sectors.

Contents: The capability for constant learning is considered crucial for the survival of individuals, groups and organizations. This program will explore the theme of learning at all these levels and how specific actions, systems and processes can enhance this capability. Participants will be exposed to issues related to various learning styles, methodologies, and learning designs. They will explore ways of facilitating knowledge acquisition and sharing through various devices, assessing the impact of learning interventions at various levels, and steering the organization towards a learning culture.
