The unit is involved in transaction processing across 6 countries covering the entire spectrum of cash operations processing, viz., Funds Transfer, ClearingMoney Market, Loans & Deposits, Foreign Exchange, Bills and Expense Processing. The unit processes about 90,000 transactions pm. The unit provides an excellent opportunity for self-growth, independent decision making, managing a mature work-force and building relationship with a diverse clientele. Also, challenges in terms of new system UAT and setup, budgeting and billing and engaging in process improvement projects involving technology client's end.

Candidate Profile:
  • Managing the team performance, productivity and morale
  • Proactively identify opportunities for streamlining processes – automation, process reengineering
  • Monitoring quality – sigma levels, TAT
  • Monitoring and ensuring day to day controls – DCFC, daily reports, Sign offs, escalations
  • Proactively identify issues if any and resolve them
  • Liaison with Clients on day to day basis; Nurture and build Client relationship
  • Liaison with Tech Support (Flexcube, Citidocs, Orbiflow etc) for resolution of technical issues
