Q. Describe your impression of the your team members and overall process ?
A. All the members participated in the discussion. However, there was a lack of team-work.

Q. Some handy tips that would be of great help.
A. It is important to strike a balance between listening and speaking in a Group Discussion. Those who speak too much and don't give a chance to others to speak are generally not selected. Also, those who speak too less are not preferred as well. Use of good body language makes the discussion more effective.

Q. Were there any set norms of Group Discussion?
A. There were no set norms for Group Discussion. Only timelines were specified.
