The corporate made a beeline to get the best and the brightest. About 56 companies visited the MDI campus at Gurgaon. A majestic 175 offers were made and finally 115 offers were accepted. The average salary was Rs. 3.72 Lakhs with highest salary offered as US $ 50,000 p.a.

All the leading corporate were there to seek the best. Asian Paints was there along with Britannia and Dabur as marketing majors. L'Oreal was present along with Blue Shift to complete various industries at MDI placements. CLB and FCB Ulka represented advertising industry. Finance was led by GE and ICICI. But the star recruiter was Satyam Group with 10 offers accepted. Glaxo and Wockhardt represented pharma sector. Mckinsey, Philips were other attractions.

In all, it was a fabulous Placement season at MDI.
