Organizations willing to nominate their employees may send in their nominations in the nomination format, along with an account payee Demand Draft for the requisite nomination fee, made out in favour of "Indian Institute of Management Lucknow" and drawn on any bank at Lucknow, should reach by November 10, 2006. In the event of cancellation of nomination, 50 per cent of the fee would be refunded provided intimation of such information at least seven days before the commencement of the programme. However, the nominating organization could recommend change(s) in the nominee(s).

The Institute issues a Certificate of Participation on conclusion of the programme.
