What is your vision for ISME?

In the next few years, ISME will be a leading business school in India and will start becoming prominent across the world. ISME's programmes will be known for its industry orientation, the implementation of quality in the field of education, given our background as a certification body and world-class faculty.

ISME will be an institution that excels in management training, management consulting and research collaborations with top faculty across the world.

Sir, management education of the late has become one of the most hyped-up career as well as chosen one. This has also led to opening of lot of management schools where the spectrum seems to be very wide while at one end we have old established schools like IIMs, we also have on the other hand new but very well-funded schools like ISB and Great Lakes. So how do you want to build ISME and create a brand for it?

Given our background, we have been very fortunate to be very well-funded and having our own very good campus and with very good industry connections from the beginning. As a business school, we have a very good infrastructure and we are in the heart of Whitefield, Bangalore, with over 500 international companies around the campus. The Information Tech Park is behind our campus and the upcoming World Trade Center is diagonally opposite the campus.

We want to differentiate ourselves on the basis of our location, world-wide education exposure of the founders, the industry connections and our insight into bringing quality in the field of education. Our programmes have been accredited by NRBPT, Ministry of Industries & Commerce, Govt. of India, and ISME's programmes will always be known for industry orientation.
