Growing Economic Divide

The well-paying job in the call centers is increasing the social and economic divide between the middle-class and the poor. The growing night clubs, discos, shopping malls and coffee shops for the growing and rich middle class are fast changing the landscape of many Indian cities.
Young employees of call centers can now dream of buying cars, televisions, cell phones, laptops, western apparel, etc., This has led to significant economic divide in the various regions in the country as well as to greater urban-rural disparity.

Conclusion

In conclusion, the above arguments show the socio-behavior and cultural impact of outsourcing on Indian Youth. Despite the negative public sentiments about the industry one cannot deny the fact that no industry has created so many jobs and sustained so many people like the BPO industry. It has benefited the Indian youth to a great extent and has provided a chance for many youth to use their education and talent. Thanks to call centers and BPO industry, the hue and cry about large-scale unemployment in India is rarely heard now-a-days. India is fast becoming the "outsourcing capital of the world".

Concluded.
