  • Top Quality Resources at the Most Competitive Price: Indians are undoubtedly one of the most talented communities in the world. In India, one gets the best of brains at the most competitive rates. This acts as a magnet for organizations. For example, if an American company wants to develop software, it will outsource it to a software development company in India.
The organization is surely going to get the best product at a very competitive price. This would not be the case had the company opted for in-house operations.

  • 24x7 Working Model Advantage: This is one of the best advantage companies have when they outsource to India. Work would never stop for them. When people in America sleep, Indians work and vice-versa. Organizations can increase the standards of customer support due to this working model. Queries of valued customers would never go unanswered.

  • Quality Manpower: Indian programmers are known for their strong technical skills and their eagerness to accommodate to changes. In some cases, clients outsource work to get access to more specialized engineering talent, particularly in the area of telecommunications.

Manpower is India’s trump card. People in India possess all qualities that would make her a global outsourcing hub. The greatest advantage with Indians is their communication skills. India has second largest number of English speaking people in the world. Indians are respected and acknowledged for there technical skills round the world. Another great quality that people in India have is adaptability. They are open to change, always willing to learn. Indians are also open to cultures; this makes Indians cordial people to work with.

  • Economy: Despite the availability of training manpower, a demand supply gap still exists in the IT manpower market. If India's IT software and services sector is to achieve annual revenue of US$ 70-80 billion in 2008, it will have to educate at least 2 million additional knowledge workers. Though the quantity of workers is important, it is the quality of this knowledge base that will ultimately play a crucial role in deciding the fate of the IT industry in India.
