Appendix I

Property Sector Definitions

Real Estate can be further classified into:

  • Office

  • Warehouse

  • Retail

  • Apartments

    • JLL, according to the per capita income, demand and availability of the land, land prices and other infrastructure facilities has classified different cities of India into three tiers.

     Tier I   Delhi, Mumbai, Bangalore
     Tier II   Hyderabad, Pune, Chennai
     Tier III  Kolkata, Nagpur, Ahemdabad, Chandigarh, Kochi and
      about 30 more cities
