Also alternate English and non-English speaking economies are finding their niche in specific areas and providing attractive alternatives for a potential outsourcing client. The emergence of these alternate destinations has hampered the growth of Indian offshoring industry in these specific niche areas. The major alternate offshoring destinations are being identified below and an analysis of their strengths and weakness has been done in order to develop a strategic framework which can be used to decide the future course of action for the Indian IT/ITES/BPO/KPO industries.
