The Future

Scientists will find ways to connect brains and machines (bionic devices are already curing physical impairments), air travel will become cheap yet sophisticated and safe, weapons will be more complicated and dangerous, and forensic science will be able to
solve more crimes, and moon will become the next tourist attraction. Technology will be a key driver of innovation.

Let us now see the sectors / products that will eventually become tomorrow's sunshine...

One of the most important developments in the future will be that of sensors. The RFID technology will be extended to all products, and possibly, humans also. So from tooth-pastes to wallets and rice to wheat... everything will come with sensors. These sensors will help us optimizing inputs (agriculture), verify their quality and track movements (retail), accurate inspections and identification (shipping), etc. Human beings will also not be spared from their reach, and these sensors will have numerous functions like accurate measurement of body functions!

Tele-communication Sector - Mobile phones will become more mobiles as they will learn to work without the signal towers. They will have an in-built chip that will help them communicate.

Gaming Industry - Today, X-Box and PS-3 is to the world what Nokia 5100 was ten years ago. Expensive, yet necessary. Ten years hence, this industry will witness a deluge of new and improved version of the gaming devices at much cheaper prices.

Textile Industry - With the planet's temperature increasing, temperature controlled suits will see the daylight. Eventually, the concept will catch up with regular cloths. Also, Levis' concept of automatic measurement will be coupled with automatic stitching. And to add icing to cake - everything will be done in no time. The traditional tailor will upgrade himself or perish.

Food Industry - There is no doubt that packaged food will be the future. You'll name it and you'll have it in re-cyclable packs. Plastics will be a thing of past.

Real Estate - Houses will become earthquake, fire or perhaps dust resistant.
