Q. How many months and how many hours daily did you devote for preparation to entrance procedures?
A. I joined T. I. M. E. in January 2008, thus enrolling in for a 9 months course. I devoted 2-3 hours per day to entrance procedures.

Q. Did you take up some coaching institute or you believed in self-study?
A. As already mentioned, I joined T. I. M. E. I however strongly feel that there is no substitute to self study; coaching classes complement and orient one's efforts in the right direction.

Q. Can you tell us which are your favorite books, books that you used for preparing for entrance, books for self-development and books for pure relaxation?
A. For preparing for entrance tests, I didn't go beyond the study material provided by T. I. M. E. for self development and relaxation, I read books like 'The Kite Runner' by Khalid Hosseini, and 'Who will cry when you die?' by Robin Sharma.

Q. When did you start for preparation?
A. January 2008

Q. Did you go for any coaching?
A. Joined T. I. M. E.

Q. What are the others books and tests which you used for your MBA preparation?
A. I sticked to the study material provided by T. I. M. E. and emphasized on the AIMCATs series conducted by the same.

Q. What was your strongest and weakest area while preparing for MBA coaching?
A. My strongest area was Verbal Ability, while Quantitative Ability was my weakest area.

Q. Some tips which you used for mastering Quant, RC, etc.
A. Regular practice is the key.

Q. How much time did you put for MBA preparation everyday? How did you manage this while working full time?
A. I devoted 2-3 hours on a daily basis. Being a fresher, this was relatively easier, though I had to strike a balance between my honours courses and MBA preparation.

Q. Which all Exams and B-schools you applied to?
A. I appeared for CAT, NMAT, FMS, and IIFT. I had applied to the IIMs, MDI, IMT, NMIMS, FMS, IIFT, IMI, FORE, and LBS.

Q. Your present B-school and course.
A. I'm currently pursuing a two year full-time Post Graduate Diploma in Management from International Management Institute, New Delhi.

Q. What procedures your school has for admission to its MBA program?
A. Once a candidate qualifies as per the cut-off ( the cut-off is different for PGDM and PGDM-HR ), he/she has to go through another round of rigorous procedures involving essay-writing, group discussion, and personal interview, before being offered the final admission.

Q. What is the range of score for students who are admitted?
A. 95%ile and above.

Q. What was your score?
A. 95.91%ile.
