It was boom time again for the Batch of 2001 at the Faculty of Management Studies, Delhi. After all, getting their dream jobs in just a day and a half was a wonderful culmination of their 2 grueling years at FMS.

The total number of companies that participated in Placement 2001 were 57, of them 16 companies were not able to hire students.

Some of the recruiters were Arthur Andersen, Accenture (formerly Andersen Consulting), Price Waterhouse Coopers, Hewitt Associates (consulting companies), Citibank, Standard Chartered, Grindlay's, ABN AMRO, HSBC (banks), HLL, Asian Paints, ITC, Glaxo SKB, Pepsi, Cadbury's (FMCG) and Lazard, CRISIL, and GE Capital Services (financial services companies). In IT, the notable companies on the campus were HCL Tech, Compaq, E-value Serve, Satyam, etc.
