  • Mastery of Detail: 'Sarkar' was a very future-sighted person. When he felt that the drug-dealer whom he denied to carry our transactions will not let it go easily, he had him followed and getting details of him so as to keep an eye on him and his activities.

  • Willingness to Assume Full Responsibility for Own Decisions: No matter what might have gone wrong. 'Sarkar' took the full responsibility of the actress's safety when he asked her to file the complaint against his own son, even when he knew that it may lead to the death of his own son.

  • Full Cooperation with Others in Seeing One's Plans Succeed: 'Sarkar' was always ready to cooperate with the people when it was the matter of the public good.

  • Live with Passion & Great Enthusiasm: 'Sarkar' had a grand-son, which meant that he himself must have been around 40 years, but then also he was shown to have great energy levels and extreme passion for his work. He was always ready to act anytime and anyhow. He even asked his son to leave him alone to fight against the murder-charge, when he actually needed support the most.

  • Motivational Aspect

In the movie, the motivation to do human good was according to the Maslow's Need of Heirarchy. 'Sarkar' did the social work just for his own self-satisfaction. So we can say that the innate drive for 'Sarkar' was the drive to bond with others. With this drive to bond, he was eager to form good relationships within the society and develop mutual caring commitments with others. He, thus, cooperated.

The movie also depicts the Self-Expectancy Theory in practice. 'Sarkar' was very emotional and, thus, is driven by that sentiment. When his son argued with him and spoke wrong about him, 'Sarkar' got hurt and, thus, ordered him to leave the house. Also when the same son, Vishnu, uses wrong words in front of the child, he gets hyper and scolds him. Similarly, when Vishnu came to know about the affair of the hero & heroine of his movie, he killed the hero because he loved the heroine. In the same way, when the other son, Shankar, did not get support from his girl-friend, he left her. All these instances show that emotions were the soul motivator in the decision-making in this movie.

Equity Theory, also known as Adams' Equity Theory, attempts to explain relational satisfaction in terms of perceptions of fair / unfair distributions of resources within interpersonal relationships. The movie very well depicts this where 'Sarkar' poses no biases and, thus, treats every body at equal level.
