Q. Were you able to get the school of your choice or did you compromise and opted for the best option that was open/available to you?
Ans. I had applied only in those colleges which were of my choice and out of those I couldn't get through some colleges but still IIT Bombay was the college of high priority amongst my choices before applying for various colleges.

Q. Did work experience help in getting the choice of your school and also in dealing with the curriculum?
Ans. Work Experience (66 months-on a higher side) turned negative in some of the Colleges I gave interviews (XLRI, FMS)- As per the feedback given by the respective panel members of these colleges. May have helped a bit in IIT Bombay , SIBM Pune. Yes, in dealing with curriculum , having work ex definitely helps in relating practically what is taught in the class.

Q. After joining the school, did you ever wish that you should have known certain more things about the school before you became part of it? What are these?
Ans. No. I joined IIT Bombay after taking feedback about the college from various people connected with the college.

Q.What is the toughest area to handle in your studies?
Ans. None.

Q. Which one is your best subject?
Ans. Marketing.

Q. Is there stress level during studies?
Ans. No as we have only four hours of lectures everyday, but regular studies are a must.

Q. Who is the best faculty at your B-school?
Ans. Prof. S. N. Rao, Finance

Q. What's the best and most admirable feature of your institute?
Ans. Highly knowledgeable faculty, excellent infrastructure.

Q. Scope of development in your existing curriculum.
Ans. Some more electives could be added to the choice of many existing ones.

Q. Getting into and sailing through a B-school is easier for a Science graduate than for someone from Humanities background. Your comments, please.
Ans. Yes, to some extent as Quant and DI subjects are better handled by science graduates as they are familiar with it beforehand. But can be mastered by anybody so Yes and No.

Q. Tips for those who wish to do MBA from your school.
Ans. Dedicated and focused study will help. Joining a coaching institute can help in keeping u motivated throughout ur preparation.
